Recovery Info & Requirements
Pain Management:
Mild to moderate discomfort is expected during the initial recovery period
Pain medication is provided to help manage discomfort
Discomfort typically improves gradually day by day
A cool-mist humidifier may help improve comfort while mouth-breathing
Recommended Time Off:
Plan for approximately 1–2 weeks away from work or regular activities

Activity Restrictions:
Avoid strenuous exercise and physical activity for 6 weeks
Contact sports should be avoided for at least 6 weeks
